This month’s flimflam features three great acts once more – What The Cat Dragged In throws a bunch of influences collected over the years into the “very special instant composing machine” and creates freely improvised mini compositions. Lots of rhythm, a tune here, blistering atonality there – anything can happen with this duo from Amsterdam. Also on hand will be a quartet featuring Colin Webster , Dave Birchall , Otto Willberg and Andrew Cheetham , four great improvisers from London and Manchester, and a duo of Alan Wilkinson and Dave Draper , the man with a multitude of guitars in one!
